Capture a charge

Captures a previously authorized charge.

POSThttps://api.omise.co/charges/:id/capture

Capture funds from a charge that was created with `capture: false`. Authorization holds typically expire after 7 days, so capture must occur before then. You can capture the full authorized amount or a partial amount. Partial capture releases the remaining authorized amount back to the customer.
