Reverse a charge

Reverses an authorized but uncaptured charge.

POSThttps://api.omise.co/charges/:id/reverse

Void an authorization hold on a charge that has not been captured. This releases the held funds back to the customer's card immediately. You can only reverse charges that are in the `pending` state with `authorized: true` and `captured: false`. Once a charge is captured, you must use a refund instead.
